I purchased my very first house when I was 21 years old. It was more than one hundred years old, had a stone foundation, and came with an extra building lot. I set about "fixing it up", with a lot of enthusiasm and not much experience. Within two years I had sold off the extra lot for as much as I had paid for the entire property and sold the "fixer upper" for double my original purchase price. The real estate bug was now firmly embedded.

In the years since; I have bought, renovated, and sold a dozen houses in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia , PEI, and Ontario. Most of my travel has revolved around visiting some of the most historically interesting neighborhoods in the world. Architecture and history are my passion.

Along the way I've learned how to buy and sell, how houses are put together, and how to see the real potential and get the maximum value in every property.

In 2003 my wife, Sue and I were given significant recognition for our renovating and decorating hobby, when “Victorian Homes” magazine, with circulation throughout North American, featured our current home in an eight page long feature story. It felt like we had made it to the "Olympics" of home improvement.

I am now able to combine my lifelong Customer Service career with my lifelong passion for Real Estate to work for you as your EXIT REALTY SPECIALIST. This year I was awarded the EXIT Diamond Award for 2008 which recognizes my success in helping dozens of clients with their Real Estate needs.
