Bob's Interest in Heritage

My interest in history and architecture has led to a passion for Heritage/Historic buildings. I have lived in Victorian Era Homes for almost 25 yrs. My current home in Saint John’s historic South End has been featured in California based VICTORIAN HOMES MAGAZINE.

My experience includes the renovation and restoration of several Heritage Homes over the years. My knowledge of the construction of properties of this era is valuable when helping you find and evaluate your dream Heritage Home.

I have served as a Board Member of the Saint John Heritage Development Board for several years and I am the current Chairperson.  I have continued to enhance my knowledge on historic preservation by attending seminars and workshops in Canada and the United States.  Over the many years, I have also developed an extensive network of professionals who have a keen interest and knowledge on preserving historic properties.

Saint John’s North, South, and West neighborhoods contain some of Canada’s richest and most intact assortment of properties from the 19^th and early 20^th centuries. The City of Saint John has been recognized throughout the country for it’s’ effort and expertise in Heritage Preservation.
